March Employee Spotlight: Jim Bailey

Meet Jim

Funny, loyal, and a lover of his Family... Jim has been at Pure Roswell since opening day. It's about time we learned some other things about him.

How did you hear about Pure?

I had known about Alpharetta and loved it. One day I was driving by when construction was going on and realized it was another Pure location being built. I live half a mile away so I applied and have worked there since the beginning. 

What is your proudest moment at Pure?

It is kind of general, but whenever I have the opportunity to turn a Guest's day around, it makes me really happy. 

...And your proudest moment in life?

Easy- The birth of my daughter, Olivia in 2014.

What is your favorite item on the menu?

The Camarones a la Parilla are my favorite. They are so good!

..And your favorite drink?

The Manarita.

What are some of your secret talents/hobbies?

I love sports, especially baseball. I also enjoy working out (running and swimming).
Secret talents? Eh... I'm a very good organizer and like to plan things. I can't stand going to bed with a fork in the sink.

What is something interesting most people don't know about you? 

Hmm.. I like my coffee with just cream? 
Oh.. I modeled briefly while growing up and was in some commercials.

What is a goal you are currently working towards?

We are working on buying a house nearby with a nice yard soon. 

If you could do anything and weren't working at Pure, what would you do for a living?

I've always wanted to do forensic investigation and sometimes wish I had studied it in college. I watch a lot of live PD and Dateline. 

If you could own your own business, what kind of business would you open?

A restaurant- I would open a PURE

When are you the happiest? 

When I am with my wife and daughter. Picking my daughter up from school is one of the greatest parts of my day!

If money wasn't a thing, how would you spend your perfect day? 

I would spend it with my wife and daughter at the beach. We would take a private yacht to Maui, Hawaii and spend the day there. 

If you could travel anywhere, where would you go? 

To Europe. My top three are Paris, Greece, and Italy. 

What is your favorite mantra/quote? 

"Take it one day at a time." and "Don't sweat the small stuff."
