Gracias a Dios Mezcal Dinner Recap
This June we hosted our second dinner at Pure Taqueria Franchising of the year. Corporate chef, Carlos Cisneros and co-founder Michele Sedgwick did an exceptional job pairing dishes with Gracias a Dios Mezcal and Agave Gin. Some of the incredible dishes included Ahi Tuna Tostadas, Goat Cheese Stuffed Zucchini Blossom Tacos, Duck Confit Tamales with Mole, and Banana Leaf Wrapped Sea Bass. Guests were treated to handmade sopapillas with macerated Georgia strawberries and rhubarb compote to finish the evening.
