Looking for some awesome gluten-free Mexican options in the Atlanta area? Look no further!
If you’re thinking you have to skimp on Mexican Food in order to find something that is Gluten Free, we’re here to tell you you are wrong! Our menu is full of delicious gluten-friendly options ranging from tacos and quesadillas to corn-cakes and queso con todo.
Although it’s hard to pick favorites, we’ve rounded up some of our top-picks for you. Whether this is your first or 50th trip to Pure, we hope you’ll be introduced to a new go-to appetizer or meal. But first, make sure to order a margarita (and yes, they are Gluten-Free too!) We can’t wait for you to try some of these amazing options out at any of our Atlanta-area locations. Every item here is available in Alpharetta, Roswell, Inman Park, Duluth, Roswell, and Woodstock!
Apps are perfect. You can order a few for the table with a round of drinks, split one on a date, or order one as an entree for a lighter lunch or dinner! Of course, queso and guacamole are delicious (who can resist?) but you can get those anywhere! We’ve handpicked a view of our favorite items that you can only find at Pure. First up, our Camarones con Chile y Limon!
Camarones con Chile y Limon
Our Split Grilled Shrimp are marinated in citrus and garlic and served with a side of our creamy habanero-avocado mayo! Grab an order to share as a starter, enjoy them as a light lunch, or add a side salad to round out your meal!
We promise you will L O V E these. Our Salmon Totopos are one of the first things to go at parties. Smoked salmon on top of baked totopo chips, topped with our habanero-avocado mayo, chimichurri, chipotle mayo, and queso fresco. one of our favorite light lunches!
Queso con Todo
Why pick between queso and guac when you can have both? Our Queso Con Todo is like a big bowl of all your favorite nacho toppings, complete with a side of our spicy roasted Chile de Arbol salsa. Dip those totopos in a bowl of queso, guac, pico, black beans, & tinga chicken!
Tacos de Coliflor
One of our newer additions, these tacos will rock your world! They’re not only GF and Vegan but also super delicious! Get your veggies in with our turmeric and cumin roasted cauliflower served with pumpkin seed pesto and cashew salsa!
Camarones a la Parilla
Oh man! Our Camarones a la Parilla are a delicious splurge. Bite into handmade corn-masa cakes topped with chile-crusted grilled shrimp, guacamole, pico de gallo, and charred tomatillo salsa. This is one of our absolute favorites and is very unique!
Grilled Shrimp Tacos
Who doesn’t love a good shrimp taco? You’ll see the option for a fried shrimp taco. Let us know you’d like them grilled, and you’re off to one delicious and GF lunch or dinner! Make sure to get them with our house-made corn tortillas!
Pescado con Vegetales
This dish is BRAND NEW to our menu. Get those Omega-3s in with our fresh market fish and a plate full of veggies like fingerling potatoes, onion, corn, mushrooms, spinach, avocado & more! Psstt.. order some corn tortillas on the side to mop up the sauce!
Our version of a burrito bowl, our Cazuela is customizable! Pick your protein (chicken, shrimp, steak, or salmon) or add a portobello mushroom to keep it Veg friendly. It’s everything you love about a burrito, without the tortilla.
Quesadillas de Hongo
Sometimes you just need a good ole quesadilla. If you’re a portobello lover, this is the dish for you! Our handmade corn tortillas are stuffed with queso fundido, charred poblano pepper, and grilled portobellos. Add a side of guac for good measure!
Q: Are fried foods safe?
A: Unfortunately, no. Due to possible cross-contamination with non gluten-free items that are fried, we are unable to ensure guests that fried items are gluten-free.
Q: Do you have gluten-free chips and/or tortillas available?
A: Yes, Yes, YES! Our chips that are served complimentary at the table are NOT gluten-free. However, if you let your server know you are gluten-free and would prefer our baked totopos, we can definitely grab them for you to enjoy! Additionally, our corn tortillas and tostadas are gluten-free.
Q: Are your servers trained on gluten-free items? Can they answer any questions I may have about menu items?
A: Yes, our servers are trained to know which items are gluten-friendly and which are not. If you are having any trouble or are unsure if a dish is gluten-free or not, our team would be happy to help.
Q: Are there any items on the menu that are not Gluten-Free that can be modified to become Gluten-Free?
Yes, we have several items on the menu that are not gluten-free that can be modified so you can enjoy them. For example, our shrimp tacos are typically fried (cross contamination), however, we can grill them for you. Our Ensalada de Verano comes with fried corn tortillas. Simply ask your server to leave these off so you can enjoy! Again, our team can help you determine what modifications need to be made. While many items are able to be made gluten-free, this isn’t true of all items, like Taquitos de Pollo or our Quesadillas de Pollo y Queso. We do not currently offer a gluten-free bread alternative.
